I had such a great time seeing Sebastian and his parents Kim and Steve last Sunday morning at the Ohio Street beach and park. The last time I saw Sebastian, he was a smiley little baby. Now would you just look at this happy, active little boy? Thanks for a fun time, Kim and Steve!
