A few of my favorite things

I love "The Sound of Music." It's one of my all-time favorite movies ever. Who knew that it is also one of Margaret and Caroline's favorites! We all felt a little bit like the von Trapp kids on Sunday as we romped around the Lincoln Park Zoo. We took a walk through the park and admired the flowers, scoped out a few of the coolest animals, even climbed a few trees. But it's safe to say everyone's "favorite thing" of the morning was a ride on the carousel. It's very clear how much these happy siblings love hanging out with each other. It was so much fun for me and Mike to watch Margaret and Caroline show little Andrew the ropes. Thanks for being troopers, guys, hanging out with us on the hottest day of the summer so far!
