Beach Therapy

Mike and I recently escaped to Florida for a long weekend of relaxation. Loads of sunshine, amazing resorts, beaches to stroll every morning, pools to lounge by every afternoon and, as with any Jen and Mike getaway, an abundance of good food. (The complimentary fresh-baked cookies at one resort were the highlight of Mike's trip!) We truly felt pampered. When we weren't being unbelieveably lazy, we discovered a treasure-trove of beautiful and interesting details just begging to be photographed in West Palm Beach, Miami and Key Biscayne. Mike and I were also excited to experiment more with our camera's remote control...we're becoming masters of the self-portrait! We had such a great time and are now ready to kick-off what's shaping up to be a great summer here in Chicago.
