Fields of Gold

Sometimes the morning light hits just right and everything turns gold. A beautiful, poetic haze...I just love that. For our third and final shoot last weekend, we had a blast hanging out with Carrie and Adam and their two boys, Brayden and Gavin. We started out with a few quick shots at home, but quickly headed to the playground where we swung, climbed and slid the morning away. Then we discovered this great field full of dandelions, and the shoot reached this beautiful idyllic level. It was the perfect light, the perfect setting and the perfect mood for this wonderful, sweet family. You could just feel their closeness, and Mike and I really enjoyed being a part of it for an hour. Thanks again, Carrie and Adam! We hope this was the perfect way to celebrate your Mother's Day, Carrie!
